  Bought a seven year old caravan from MG last year and was given a one year warranty. During a service (not done by MG Caravans and should have been done earlier but was held up) a couple of faults were discovered. These couldn't be described as minor faults but with only one day to go before end of warranty I contacted MG and they couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They even told me to have an already arranged holiday before taking the caravan in for them to have a look at it, even though this took it weeks beyond the end of the warranty period. They accepted without question that the faults were there and did remedial work, doing a lot more than I expected and fitted new parts when I thought a repair would have been adequate and acceptable to me. I bought the caravan from them in the first place partly because of the good reviews and I will certainly try them first if I ever decide to buy another caravan in the future. Thank you Paul & Martin, it is a pleasure to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers.
